CP Trust believes that poor health, low education levels and poverty are all aspects of the same problem and create a cycle that prevents people from taking control of their own futures. We aim to support the most vulnerable population to break the cycle of the poverty by assisting communities and local authorities to lay the groundwork for a self-sufficient future. Our integrated community development programme aims to address these aspects simultaneously while empowering individuals and communities.
